Dr. Dobratz is the Director of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Dobratz is one of only a few surgeons in the area who focuses on exclusively on rejuvenation and reconstruction of the head/neck.
