Focusing exclusively on aesthetic surgery of the face since 2003, Dr. Fechner is a double-board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. He completed his training at Harvard learning from international leaders in the field face, head and neck surgery. He was then selected to a prestigious facial surgery fellowship at NYU, Columbia and Cornell. He leads a team of surgeons on medical missions to Vietnam
