Exhibit fee includes the following:
- 10’ x 10’ booth with pipe and drape
- Booth identification sign
- Aisle maintenance and perimeter security
- Conference registration for up to three (3) company representatives per 10’ x 10’ booth (see page 5 for booth staff rules & regulations for attending this meeting)
- Exclusive exhibit hours, Welcome Reception, lunches, and daily breaks
- Company name, address, booth number, and company description in the On-Site Program Guide to go in each attendee registration bag
- Recognition on conference website (company name and logo with hyperlink to website)
- Attendee list with name and addresses sent to you two weeks before the meeting and again, a final list, a week after the meeting (this list may NOT necessarily include emails)
Note: The booth fee does NOT include tables, chairs or any other furnishings. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
